BallerLab Return & Refund Policy

At BallerLab, we take pride in providing high-performance football gear designed to help you level up your game. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help—with some simple conditions in place.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and any protective covers must be intact

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, you may return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used recovery or hygiene products (e.g., nasal clips, massage pads, lung trainers)

  • Any item marked as Final Sale

  • Digital or gift card purchases


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ballerlab7@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email ballerlab7@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Any relevant photos (if applicable)

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


BallerLab reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
